Visit Stillgarden Distillery to learn how to craft some of our ground-breaking cocktails from our award-winning liquid experts.

This is a hands-on experience where you will learn to create two signature drinks, hear about the history of distillation and see a demonstration of the state of the art equipment used within the distillery.

Non alcoholic and non gin cocktails options are available just let us know at the time of booking.

Tickets include 3 cocktails. The class is fully instructed.

The duration is 60 mins. All sessions end with a Q&A from one of our liquid experts. (Over 18s only)

The duration is 60 mins. All sessions end with a Q&A from one of our liquid experts.

Our tour guides are super knowledgeable about Stillgarden’s Modern Irish Spirits. Ask them about the Stillgarden company ethos, sustainability projects and zero food waste policy!

After the class you are welcome to stay in the super secret Speakeasy bar Lab8 for further drinks, you can even partake in a game of corn-hole or grab some food courtesy of https://rascalsbrewing.com/

You can also visit our on-site community garden where we grow many of our botanicals. If you have green fingers, or simply want to become involved, you’ll love our Social Botanist Project!
