Visit Stillgardens Valentine’s Gin School and Dublin Distilling Academy, at our distillery in Dublin 8. You will be introduced to the world of Science meets Nature, by our very own distillery experts.
You will create your own unique Valentines spirit recipe which you can enjoy long into the spring. The Valentines experience will include a historical adventure, botanical exploration, special gin tastings, cold food platter , a cocktail masterclass and festive drinks throughout. All ending with your own bottle of Valentines spirit, crafted and distilled by you – a lovely experience indeed!

Valentines Gin School, visit Stillgarden Distillery to learn how to craft your very own bottle of gin or vodka. You will be greeted with a complimentary drink on arrival.
This is a hands-on experience where you will learn to create a recipe for your gin or vodka and using the recipe distil a bottle of your own Valentines Spirit!
After the tour, you can relax in our speakeasy bar LAB8 and enjoy the drinks you have created.
Find out the g-inspiration behind our range of beautifully crafted modern Irish gins. This experience will bring you through the history of distillation and our wall of 120 botanicals.
Non alcoholic and non gin options are available just let us know at the time of booking.
Tickets include: welcome drink (G&T or Stillgarden Spritz), plus 2/3 more drinks, 4 gin tasting flights, cocktail class (and cocktail), a gourmet food buffet and of course your bottle of handcrafted recipe gin/vodka.
All sessions end with a Q&A from one of our liquid experts.
Our tour guides are super knowledgeable about Stillgarden’s Modern Irish Spirits.

We meet up on Sundays for gardening, foraging or wildlife walks. Afterwards we head back to the distillery and relax with a well-earned complimentary drink.
